All members of the Greek ACM-W Chapter are invited to cast their vote for the members that will serve as the Chapter's officers for the term 2025-2027.

The officer positions (and their general responsibilities) are:

1. Chair: The principal officer, responsible for leading the Chapter and managing its activities in accordance with the policies and procedures of ACM and the Greek ACM-W Chapter’s bylaws. 
2. Vice-Chair: Presides at meetings in the absence of the Chair, assists the Chair in the management of the Chapter, and performs other duties that may be assigned by the Chair. Performs the Chapter’s dissemination activities.
3. Treasurer: Keeps the minutes of all Chapter meetings and maintains the Chapter's financial records. Performs other duties as assigned by the Chair.

These positions are open only to those Greek ACM-W members who are ACM Professional members. 

As per the Greek ACM-W Chapter’s bylaws, the Chair has appointed a nominating committee to handle the elections, consisting of the following:

1. Professor Mema Roussopoulos, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Department of Informatics and Telecommunications 
2. Dr Akrivi Katifori, Athena Research and Innovation Center
3. Dr Eleni Kanellou, Foundation for Research and Technology - Hellas, Institute of Computer Science

Voting will be open until February 20, 2025 - 17:00 EEST.
